Care Instructions: Digital UV printed wallcoverings onto smooth materials are extra washable. Moderate soiling can be removed with a damp cloth using a dabbing action. Dry with a clean absorbent cloth, ensuring the surface is dry at skirting level. Always wipe from the bottom upwards to avoid streaking. Avoid using bleach or abrasive detergents.

Delivery fees:

We offer national and international door-to-door delivery (no collections or delivery to PO Boxes). Shipping costs across South Africa, taxes and discount codes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout. Please contact us to obtain a quote for international shipping.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are based on business days, excluding weekends & public holidays. Should you have any queries with regards to your delivery, please contact us. Our current delivery timeframe is:

2-5 business days: Scatter cushions, home fragrances, rugs & table decor (unless otherwise specified)

5-10 business days: Bedding, towels, robes, table linen & wallpaper

10-15 business days: Lighting & gallery walls

3-4 weeks: Seating (incl dining chairs, occasional chairs & couches), beds, headboards, ottomans & storage boxes

4-6 weeks: Wall units & tables (incl bedside tables, side tables & dining tables)

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially be delayed. Manual EFT order payments will only be processed once the funds have been transferred (may take up to 48 hours). Orders will automatically be cancelled, if payment is not received within 72 hours.

Ready-made items may be returned within 30 days. Orders must be checked on delivery and signed off before the driver leaves. In the unlikely event of receiving defective or damaged goods, please contact us at info@diygirls.co.za within 24 hours. We offer a 12 month workmanship warranty on furniture and soft furnishings. We adhere to strict health and safety protocols. Every parcel is sanitized before the order leaves the workshop. Delivery personnel are screened daily, wear face masks during delivery, are required to sanitize their hands regularly and maintain social distancing. As an additional precaution, it is recommended that customers wear face masks and personally sanitize their parcels, after delivery.

Slight colour variations may occur. Material samples can be viewed at our Design Studio, by appointment only. Alternatively, samples can delivered via Courier (standard rates apply).
